Terms of Use

These terms apply to the NoteLeaf app and its online services. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app you download from the App Store.

Your content

You own everything you create in NoteLeaf. We only process your content to provide the features you use, such as sync, shared links and, if you choose, AI features.

Subscriptions

• Every note-taking feature is free. The No Ads subscription removes ads. The AI add-on enables AI features within a monthly usage limit and also removes ads.
• Subscriptions are purchased through Apple, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and are managed in your Apple account settings.

Acceptable use

Do not use NoteLeaf or shared links to store or distribute illegal content, malware, or content that infringes others' rights.

AI features

AI answers can be wrong. Check important information before relying on it.

Availability

The app works offline. Online services such as sync are provided as they are and may occasionally be unavailable. Keep backups of important notebooks; the app can export them at any time.
